**Heath**
​Finance & Billing Specialist

Meet Heath!! Heath joined our team in 2017 and is the behind-the-scenes guy who is responsible for insurance billing, bookkeeping, and payroll. Heath is self motivated, kind-hearted, and considerate of his teammates. Heath has a bachelors degree in business from the University of Northern Iowa. In his free time he enjoys reading, biking, traveling, playing tennis, and working hard so his cats can have a better life.

**Ashlee**
​Office/Optical Manager

Meet Ashlee!! Ashlee joined our team in 2018! She began as an optometric technician, within a year was promoted to optical manager, and at year five she was promoted to OFFICE MANAGER. Her artistic talent and bubbly personality make her an excellent frame stylist. She's an expert with lens designs and enhancements and she will fit you in the best eyewear for your personality and visual needs. She is also the owner of Never Fade photography. In her free time she enjoys traveling, shopping, and taking her son, Logan, on adventures. In the summer you can find her at car shows, drag races, and figure 8 races.

**Jenna**
​Optician

Meet Jenna!! Jenna joined our team in April 2023! We love her calm and welcoming personality, adventurous spirit, and her passion to learn all about fashion eyewear! She graduated from Grinnell High School. She is living in Grinnell with her husband and fur babies, Oakley and Bruno. In her free time, she enjoys the outdoors, playing with her dog, and spending time with family.

**Mariah**
​Intake Coordinator

Meet Mariah!! Mariah joined our team in May 2023! She is very detail oriented, organized, calm, quick-witted, and the welcoming smile who greets you at the front desk! She grew up in Davenport and moved to the area to raise her family. She enjoys the small town life. She has four kids; 3 boys and 1 girl. In her free time, she loves to be outside and spend time with her family.

**Amber, CPO**
 Optometric Technician & Intake Coordinator

Meet Amber!! Amber joined our team in June 2023! She is intelligent, creative, friendly, and ambitious. She became a CERTIFIED PARAOPTOMETRIC (CPO) in March 2024. Amber grew up in Sully, IA and graduated from Lynnville-Sully. She previously worked as an associate at Lynnville-Sully for 6 years working with the 6th-12th graders and continues to help with the theater program. She's lived in Grinnell for 9 years with her husband and 3 kids; 2 girls and 1 boy. In her free time she enjoys camping, reading, drawing, and watching Hulu.

**Kate**
Optometric Technician

Meet Kate! Kate joined our team in November 2023. She is charming, welcoming, and eager to learn in a field she's unfamiliar with. Kate graduated from BGM in 2016 and went to Iowa Central College for two years to obtain a photography degree. She currently lives in Brooklyn with her boyfriend, Bradley, and daughter, Lydia. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, and playing with her two dogs Bandit and Kenzie.
