​Finance & Billing Specialist

Meet Heath! Heath joined our team in 2017. He is our behind-the-scenes, right-hand man who helps keep everything running smoothly! From billing and payroll to making sure the toilets are sparkly clean, Heath truly does it all. He’s kind-hearted, caring, and passionate about supporting his team. He’s always willing to lend a hand and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Heath works hard so his cats can have a better life!

When he’s not at the office, he’s obsessed with all things tennis, enjoys reading and traveling, and loves spending time with his beautiful wife.

Randi 
Front Desk & Optician 

Meet Randi! Randi joined our team in 2025 and has been a wonderful team member ever since. She always has a welcoming smile ready to greet you as soon as you walk through our doors. Randi is here to help with all your eyewear needs, making sure you find the perfect pair while having a great experience along the way.

​When she’s not at work, Randi loves spending time with her two children, enjoying the great outdoors, camping, and baking. She also has an amazing voice and loves singing all types of songs, and, if you’re lucky, you might even catch her singing at a local karaoke night!

Kalista 
​Technician & Optician

Kalista joined our team in 2025 and has been hitting the ground running ever since! She’s always ready to jump in wherever she’s needed, whether she’s guiding you through your eye exam, helping out in optical, or lending a hand with everything in between. Kalista is the kind of teammate who is always willing to help a coworker and pitch in wherever she can. We’re so lucky to have someone as hardworking, dependable, and caring as her on our team!

When she’s not at the office, you can find Kalista spending time with her favorite furry friends. She loves caring for all of her animals, including her donkey, rabbits, horses, and cats!

Shelby 
Technician & Front Desk 

Meet Shelby! Shelby joined our team in 2025 and brings her bright smile and caring personality to the office every day. You’ll often find her welcoming patients at the front desk or guiding you through your eye exam. Shelby has a big heart and truly cares about making sure every patient feels comfortable, welcomed, and well taken care of.

When she’s not at the office, Shelby enjoys thrifting for her next antique treasure, riding her horses, and spending time with her Great Dane, “Sulley.”

Mckinzie
Optician & Esthetician

Meet Mckinze! Mckinze joined our team in 2025 and has quickly become an important part of our crew! As our optician, she does all things glasses; from helping you find the perfect pair to making sure they fit just right. She loves helping patients find eyewear that looks and feels great!

​Outside of work, you can find Mckinze on the golf course, perfecting her swing, or supporting her favorite rap artist, DAM, who also happens to be her brother!

McKenna 
​Technician & Front Desk 

Meet McKenna! McKenna joined our team in 2026 and has been such a wonderful addition to our crew! You can often find her welcoming patients at the front desk or guiding you through your eye exam.

When she’s not at the office, McKenna loves spending time outdoors and making memories camping with her family. She also enjoys staying active and hitting the gym! If you get the chance to chat with McKenna, you’ll quickly learn there are a few things she could talk about all day, her nephews, her adorable puppy, and all things nutrition, especially all the benefits of Creatine!
